Biography

I’ve always felt passionate about hair and make up and as soon as I had the chance I went in the hairdressing business. By the time I passed my Master Coiffeur I moved to New York City and then Los Angeles to study and practice make up.  Once I had become fully qualified in both arts, I decided to move back to my home country of Germany to start my career as a freelance Hair and Make up Artist.

When I started working retouch wasn´t a solution. The make up had to be perfect from the beginning, so the models skin would look good in all kinds of light. From my experience working in a hairdresser salon, my craft is centered around building the ideal shape of each individual hairstyle.

Throughout my profession life I have had great success both here and abroad. I work with all kind of clients, among other things, done editorials, campaigns, catalogues, commercials, music videos and fashion shows.

Although the source of my creativity is fueled by many things such nature, travel, history, inspiring personalities, textures and all things colorful, I find my deepest well of inspiration simply in the process of creating. For me surrounding myself with inspiration keeps me motivated, which reflects in my style of work .

This all make me a outward going and flexible professional, who is a passionate team player.
